You may respond by July 30, 2010.KBC NOTE: A May 2009 poll conducted by Oregon Senator Doug Whitsett and State Reps Garrard and Gilman showed that only 5% of those polled in Klamath County favor the closed and confidential negotiations involved in developing the Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement/KBRA and Klamath dam removal agreement. KBRA supporters ridiculed the poll, so those reps conducted a public input meeting Nov. 2009 on the KBRA. Klamath County Commissioners, Klamath Tribes, Klamath Water Users Association, Family Farm Alliance, and PacifiCorp boycotted the meeting. Of more than 300 attending, no one spoke or wrote testimony supporting the KBRA or dam removal.
