Commissioners make good on election vows

Herald and News Letter to the Editor by Loren and Laura Little 11/26/14

We applaud the Klamath County commissioners’ stand on dam removal. Integrity is a rare find these days. These three men stated what they were going to do, they were elected to do what they said, and now they are doing it.

They were elected by large margins. It would seem that the outspoken Klamath Project farmer and the other KBRA cheerleaders may have forgotten this important fact. We doubt that the general electorate in Klamath County has changed its mind about dam removal.

We certainly have not and we are glad that the commissioners are giving the people they represent a voice in this.
