Water is a precious resource in the Basin

Water is one of the world’s most valuable sources of life. No living person can survive without it.

Our seasons have changed. The icebergs are melting and flooding low places in the world.

In Southern California, the river waters were so low, they had to build dams to keep out the ocean water.

Officials are thinking of building more dams on the Sacramento and San Joaquin rivers.

Our Oregon officials want to remove the dams on the Klamath River. Think of this when voting and giving away 92,000 acres plus the forest and millions of dollars. Why? That is a big part of our state and it represents lots of dollars that belong everyone, not just the Tribes. Why make the Tribes responsible for the floods, fires and charge for use of our highways, as well as many other things?
