AGENDA 21 AND OUR PROPERTY RIGHTS

As a prelude to the subject of Agenda 21 it is important to
realize that threats to our liberties are not new. In every
generation there exist evil people who wish to enslave their
brothers, and will devise any means to accomplish these goals.
These men and women are patient and diabolical. They believe
they are the elite who must manage, nurture and control the
masses. The masses--that would be you and me.
The founding fathers were brilliant men who endeavored to free
humanity from the shackles of these wolves in sheep's clothing.
But a complacent populace will allow the wolves to mingle with
them thinking that we can just "go along to get along," all the
while the wolves are preparing lamb for dinner. Way back in the
year 42 a very wise senator warned us:
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But
it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is
less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners
openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate
freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard
in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears
not to be a traitor, he speaks in the accents familiar to his
victims, and he wears their face and their garments, and he
appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.
He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in
the night to undermine the pillars of a city, he infects the
body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less

Yes, way back in the year 42 B.C. Marcus Cicero warned the Roman
citizens of their peril. Let us not follow the example of these
former citizens who sneered and said "It can't happen here." It
did happen. The wolves mingled among the sheep and led them to
their slaughter.
As you examine this information think about the wolves and who
they are. Is the government money coming into your community
really for the benefit of the local residents? Or is it perhaps
seed money for a slaughter house for the "sheeple"?
What is Sustainable Agriculture? See if you can get your
arms around an answer to that question as we begin to look at
Agenda 21
Below you will find a list of words and phrases which have crept
into our vocabulary just in the last few decades. As you take
the time to really examine this list you will begin to realize
that these catch words and phrases have no tangible meaning. I
mean, you can't really explain "smart growth". Has all growth
been stupid growth up till now? It is not by accident that this
list of Agenda 21 phrases are hard to define. The wolves will
use these phrases to pull at your emotions in order to further
their Agenda. They rely on your reacting with emotion without
ever taking the time to research their true Agenda. They depend
on the sheep never to truly understand the consequences and the
meaning of what their "newspeak" phrases really mean.
Local Sustainable Development Policies
Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional
Visioning Projects, STAR Sustainable Communities, Green Jobs,
Green Building Codes, “Going Green,” Alternative Energy, Local
Visioning, Facilitators, Regional Planning, Historic
Preservation, Conservation Easements, Development Rights,
Sustainable Farming, Comprehensive Planning, Growth Management,
Consensus.
Where did it originate?
The term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the
world in the pages a 1987 report ("Our Common Future") produced
by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and
Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World
Socialist Party. The term was first offered as official UN
policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development
Agenda 21, issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to
simply as Agenda 21. Or even just "The Agenda".
What gives Agenda 21 Ruling Authority?
More than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21 as official policy
during a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit. US president
George H.W. Bush signed the document for the US. In signing,
each nation pledges to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. In 1995,
President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed
Executive Order #12858 to create the President’s Council on
Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” US environmental
policy with UN directives as outlined in Agenda 21. The EO
directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with
state and local community governments in a joint effort to
“reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda
21. As a result, with the assistance of groups like ICLEI,
Sustainable Development is now emerging as government policy in
every town, county and state in the nation.
Agenda 21 and Private Property
The UN and Agenda 21 zealots do not want you to own private
property. Not only are they opposed to private property, they
have been working tirelessly for decades, putting a vehicle in
place which will enable them to confiscate the property you now
own! Read on...believe me it is scarier than it sounds.
“Land…cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by
individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of
the market. Private land ownership is also a principal
instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth,
therefore contributes to social (in)justice.” From the report
from the 1976 UN’s Habitat I Conference.
“Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent
middle class – involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels,
appliances, home and work air conditioning, and suburban housing
are not sustainable.” Maurice Strong, Secretary General of the
UN’s Earth Summit, 1992.
"Yeah" you say, "but that kind of talk only comes from the
socialist wackos at the UN."
Really? Look at what is coming out of the executive branch of
our own government.
“Private land use decisions are often driven by strong economic
incentives that result in several ecological and aesthetic
consequences…The key to overcoming it is through public policy…”

Just what is it that these pointy-headed intellectuals think we
need to overcome? Your right and ability to determine how to use
your property, of course. They see the need for a "central
committee" to make such heady decisions as which crop you will
plant or what livestock you will raise ... if any!
Hide Agenda 21’s UN Roots From the People
So if the promoters of Agenda 21 really believe their policies
will benefit mankind, wouldn't you expect them to be upfront and
honest about their objectives? I mean good things, honest things
and truthful things are done in the light for all to see. Lies,
dishonest manipulations and yes things Evil are done in the dark
and in secret. So is Agenda 21 being promoted honestly in the
light or evilly in the dark.?
“Participating in a UN-advocated planning process would very
likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and
individuals in our society… This segment of our society who fear
‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States
through which our individual freedom would be stripped away
would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined
‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking LA21. So we call our process
something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth
management or smart growth.” J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to
President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development.
So if you are like me and it concerns you that
"our individual freedom would be stripped away" then for your
own good you must be lied to and fed disinformation in order to
convince you that what is bad is good. (As a side note: did you
know you were conspiracy-fixated? I didn't know I was. Not until
I found out "conspiracy-fixated" means anyone who cherishes
individual freedoms as guaranteed by our Constitution. But I
digress.)
Therefore, demonizing the opposition and controlling people
through disinformation and fear is critical as they conceal
their true agenda. Published government documents characterize
patriots as terrorists and a threat to law enforcement. Pay
close attention to the politicians who say we all just need to
get along and quit our partisan bickering. Notice, almost
without exception, that this means conservatives and patriots
need to shut up and toe the socialist line for our own good. It
never means that the socialists need to recant their agenda and
adhere to the Constitution.
Those who define the terms will write the rules.
Excerpt from "The Principles of Newspeak" An appendix to 1984
Written by : George Orwell in 1948
Newspeak was the official language of Oceania, and had been
devised to meet the ideological needs of Ingsoc, or English
Socialism… It was expected that Newspeak would have finally
superseded Oldspeak (or standard English, as we should call it)
by about the year 2050.
The purpose of Newspeak was not only to provide a medium of
expression for the world-view and mental habits proper to the
devotees of IngSoc, but to make all other modes of thought
impossible. This was done partly by the invention of new words,
but chiefly by eliminating undesirable words and stripping such
words as remained of unorthodox meanings, and so far as possible
of all secondary meaning whatever.
To give a single example - The word free still existed in
Newspeak, but could only be used in such statements as "The dog
is free from lice" or "This field is free from weeds." It could
not be used in its old sense of "politically free" or
"intellectually free," since political and intellectual freedom
no longer existed even as concepts, and were therefore of
necessity nameless.
As we have already seen in the case of the word free,words which
had once borne a heretical meaning were sometimes retained for
the sake of convenience, but only with the undesirable meanings
purged out of them. Countless other words such as honour,
justice, morality, internationalism, democracy, science, and
religion had simply ceased to exist.
All words grouping themselves round the concepts of liberty and
equality, for instance, were contained in the single word
crimethink…
Take for example the well-known passage from the Declaration of
Independence:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with
certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty,
and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights,
Governments are instituted among men, deriving their powers from
the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of
Government becomes destructive of those ends, it is the right of
the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new
Government..
It would have been quite impossible to render this into Newspeak
while keeping to the sense of the original. The nearest one
could come to doing so would be to swallow the whole passage up
in the single word crimethink…
Remember, those who define the terms will write the rules. Those
whose "science" will "educate" the masses, will control public
beliefs and behavior.
What is Sustainable Development?
According to its authors, the objective of sustainable
development is to integrate economic, social and environmental
policies in order to achieve reduced consumption, social equity,
and the preservation and restoration of biodiversity.
Sustainablists insist that every societal decision be based on
environmental impact, focusing on three components: global land
use, global education, and global population control and
reduction.
What is not sustainable?
Ski runs, grazing of livestock, plowing of soil, building
fences, industry, single family homes, paved and tarred roads,
logging activities, dams and reservoirs, power line
construction, and economic systems that fail to set proper value
on the environment.” UN’s Biodiversity Assessment Report.
So if you live in a single family home, that is unsustainable.
You need to think about that. One of the objectives of Agenda 21
is to eliminate all activity they deem unsustainable. In order
to do that we must all change our lifestyles so that we live
like the poorest in third world countries. The process is in
motion, it is taking place all around us. The world socialists
believe they are well on the way to eliminating your
constiutional rights and they expect total victory in the near
future.
Has it ever seemed odd to you that so-called environmentalists
who demand that we use wind, solar and other so-called "green"
energy, will then demand that we tear out a perfectly good
hydroelectric dam. These dams produce efficient energy with
almost no negative environmental effects. It doesn't seem
consistent does it? That is because it is not about the
environment--it is about Agenda 21 and stripping your
constitutional freedoms from you. It is not and has never been
about good stewardship.
“We must make this place an insecure and inhospitable place for
Capitalists and their projects – we must reclaim the roads and
plowed lands, halt dam construction, tear down existing dams,
free shackled rivers and return to wilderness millions of tens
of millions of acres of presently settled land.” Dave Foreman,
Earth First.
Social Equity (Social Justice)
Why would a president insist on implementing universal health
care when poll after poll confirm that the American people
overwhelmingly disagree with this policy? Could there be an
ongoing "Agenda" pushing this?
Social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all
people “to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by
society and the environment” and the redistribution of wealth.
Private property is a social injustice since not everyone can
build wealth from it. National sovereignty is a social
injustice. Universal health care is a social justice. All part
of Agenda 21 policy.
Notice again that private property is considered a social
injustice. Under Agenda 21 you will not be allowed to keep any
private property you may now own. You also must "share" any
income you have with those who have less than you. During the
presidential campaign, candidate Obama was asked why he wanted
to raise taxes on the rich when there was indisputable evidence
that this would actually decrease rather than increase overall
revenue to the treasury. His response was that it is not about
revenue it is about fairness. In other words social justice as
defined by Agenda 21. Agenda 21 is a world-wide objective. The
poorest citizens of the United States are rich compared to most
of the world's standards. So when Agenda 21 is implemented world
wide who will be made to give up all that they have in the name
of world-wide social justice and fairness?
Have you answered the question, What is sustainable
agriculture?
Sustainable agriculture integrates three main
goals--environmental health, economic profitability, and social
and economic equity
Remember Agenda 21 social and economic equity means that it is
wrong for you to make or have more than anyone else in the
world.
Farming and Natural Resources
TO BE MANAGED
Water.
When the production of food and fiber degrades the natural
resource base, the ability of future generations to produce and
flourish decreases.
Several steps should be taken to develop drought-resistant
farming systems even in "normal" years, including both policy
and management actions:
1)improving water conservation and storage measures,
2)providing incentives for selection of drought-tolerant crop
species,
3)using reduced-volume irrigation systems,
4)managing crops to reduce water loss, or
5)not planting at all.
Wildlife.
Another way in which agriculture affects water resources is
through the destruction of riparian habitats within watersheds.
Animal Production Practices
Management Planning.
Therefore, a successful ranch plan should include enterprise
calendars of operations, stock flows, forage flows, labor needs,
herd production records and land use plans to give the manager
control and a means of monitoring progress toward goals.
Animal Selection.
Animal Nutrition.
Reproduction.
Herd Health.
Grazing Management.
Prolonged concentration of stock that results in permanent loss
of vegetative cover on uplands or in riparian zones should be
avoided. However, small scale loss of vegetative cover around
water or feed troughs may be tolerated if surrounding vegetative
cover is adequate.
Notice in the above paragraph that small-scale loss "May be
tolerated". Remember who it will be who will be defining all of
these terms. When they talk about the manager who oversees the
management plan, who are they talking about? It is not the ranch
or farm owner. Remember Agenda 21 requires a central committee
to manage your land.
Confined Livestock Production.
The moral and ethical debate taking place today regarding animal
welfare is particularly intense for confined livestock
production systems. So yes, the central committee will have to
make a determination whether or not you can feed out your
animals in preparation for slaughter. It seems that the only
slaughter houses which appeal to them are the ones for the "sheeple".
Revealing Quotes From the Planners
“Agenda 21 proposes an array of actions which are intended to be
implemented by EVERY person on Earth…it calls for specific
changes in the activities of ALL people… Effective execution of
Agenda 21 will REQUIRE a profound reorientation of ALL humans,
unlike anything the world has ever experienced… ” Agenda 21: The
Earth Summit Strategy to Save Our Planet (Earthpress, 1993).

“No one fully understands how or even, if, sustainable
development can be achieved; however, there is growing consensus
that it must be accomplished at the local level if it is ever to
be achieved on a global basis.” The Local Agenda 21 Planning

Reinvention of Government
“We need a new collaborative decision process that leads to
better decisions, more rapid change, and more sensible use of
human, natural and financial resources in achieving our goals.”

Who is behind it?
ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (International
Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities pay
ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software,
training, etc. Additional groups include American Planning
Council, The Renaissance Planning Group, International
City/County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference,
National Governors Association, National League of Cities,
National Association of County Administrators and many more
private organizations and official government agencies.
Foundation and government grants drive the process.
Local Agenda 21
Chapter 28 of Agenda 21 specifically calls for each community to
formulate its own Local Agenda 21:
"Each local authority should enter into a dialogue with its
citizens, local organizations, and private enterprises and adopt
'a local Agenda 21.' Through consultation and
consensus-building, local authorities would learn from citizens
and from local, civic, community, business and industrial
organizations and acquire the information needed for formulating
the best strategies." (Agenda 21, Chapter 28, sec 1,3.)
This tactic may sound reasonable until you realize that the
dedicated "Stakeholder Group' that organizes and oversees local
transformation is not elected by the public. And the people
selected to represent the 'citizens' in your community will not
represent your interests. The chosen 'partners', professional
staff, and working groups are implementing a new system of
governance without asking your opinion.
They probably don't even want you to know what they are doing
until the regulatory framework is well under way. You may read
in your local paper about "visioning", working groups, Total
Quality Management, and partnership between churches, welfare
and social service agencies, and other community groups. These
are clues that, behind the scenes, the plan is moving forward.
The goals and strategies are outlined in Sustainable America,
the report from our President's Council on Sustainable
Development (PCSD). President Clinton's PCSD is merely one of
about 150 similar councils established by nations around the
world, all following guidelines from the United Nations
Commission on Sustainable Development.
All participants must embrace the collective vision of a
"sustainable community". They must commit to pursue the three
E's of "sustainable development":
Environment, Economy and Equity
referring to the UN blueprint for environmental regulations,
economic controls, and social equity.
Meanwhile, opposing voices must be silenced. "Implementing the
'sustainable agenda' requires marginalizing critics," says Craig
Rucker, Executive Director of CFACT, a conservative public
interest group in Washington, D.C. dealing with consumer and
environmental issues. He explains,
Local Agenda 21-Santa Cruz was birthed in 1993 by the local
chapters of the United Nations Association and ACTION (Agenda 21
Community Team Work in Operation). The original stakeholders
began to "envision a sustainable future," choose compatible
"partners", and organize the twelve Round Tables which evolved
into twelve Special Focus Areas (for summaries of each plan,
read Local Agenda 21 Pt.2 -Santa Cruz - Key points from the
twelve Focus Groups):
To understand these terms and the new international education
system they represent, you may want to read Brave New Schools.
Those who don't realize that today's change agents hide
globalist ideology behind traditional words, can easily be drawn
into the web of deception by the noble sentiments. These
arguments from the Education section of Santa Cruz Local Agenda
21 show how persuasive their propaganda can be to an
unsuspecting public:
Social Justice. Remember the stakeholders that are
defining social justice and preparing its standards? They
include NOW, Beyond Beijing, social welfare leaders,
environmental groups -- all the voices that demand the abolition
of Western culture, male leadership, and biblical absolutes.
Politically correct tolerance sets a new standard for
communication and inclusiveness. It immediately disqualifies
biblical Christianity as exclusive, hateful, patriarchal, and
intolerant.
Modern socialist leaders claim to know how to manipulate human
nature. "We have to make better people," urged Shirley McCune at
the 1989 Governors Conference on Education. Nineteen years
earlier, the ASCD (Association for Supervision and Curriculum
Development, the curriculum branch of the NEA) published "To
Nurture Humaneness" in which Professor Raymond Houghton wrote,
"The critical point of behavior control, in effect, is sneaking
up on mankind without his self-conscious realization that a
crisis is at hand. Man will not even know that it is about to
happen."
There is no better way to sum this all up than quoting the vice
chairman of International Council for Local Environmental
Initiatives(ICLEI).
